The basic implication of protected area has developed into basic unit of implementing sustainable developmental strategy and establishing harmonious society from isolated protected entity through the course of more than 130 years. In the meantime, along with the people＇s deeping cognition on protected area, the purpose of establishing protected area is not only to protect biodiversity, but also to sustainable make use of natural resources and keep ecological role. Protected area should keep a close combination with society development. Until now, the establishment of protected area has entered into the qualitative developmental stage from quantitative developmental stage. The paper mainly deals with the theoretical foundation and practical . requirement of this process for reference of related departments.
