启东市滨海地区由于江、海的相互作用使大量泥沙堆积,每年都有大面积新的土地出现。这些土地通过水利排灌工程和盐渍土壤改良技术可以发展农业生产。上海至启东跨越长江的隧道和大桥工程完工之后,启东将成为上海一小时圈内的郊区,建立一个观光农业园区显然就是当务之急。本文就拟探讨一下这方面的问题,并提出一些建议供有关方面参考。

Large areas of new land have generated in coastal region of Qidong city through mud and sand sediment owing to interaction between sea and river every year, in which agricultural production may be developed by use of farmland irrigation works and improved techniques of salinized soil. Qidong will become countryside of shanghai within one hour sphere after establishing tunnel and bridge construction from Shanghai to Qidong across Changjiang river. The establishment of a tourism agricultural spot obviously is an urgent matter. The paper deals with some problems of this aspect and proposes some suggestions for reference of related departments.
