为了解当代大学生的职业价值观现状，研究者依据相关理论编制了大学生职业价值观问卷，对全国30所高校5000多名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果发现，当代大学生的职业价值观结构可由才能发挥、自我实现、社会地位与声望、工作环境与福利保障4个因子组成。当代大学生将个人的自我实现排在首位。大学生的职业价值观在性别、学校性质、文理科、学分绩排名、学校所在区域上均存在一定差异。在就业去向意愿上，大学生仍偏向去南方及沿海开放城市、北京上海等一线城市。在工作单位的选择上，大学生更倾向去国有企业、政府机关单位和外资合资机构。

In order to understand the current situation of contemporary college students＇ occupation values, the researchers develop a college student occupation values questionnaire in accordance with relevant theory. The questionnaire was filled by 5201 students in 30 colleges. The results show the structure of work values can be divided into four dimensions： talent performance, self - realization, social status and reputation, work environment and welfare by means of the factor analysis. Self - realization is placed first. College students of different gender, type of school, rank of total credits,region of school have differences on work values. Male students are more likely to place importance on talent performance than female students;students in ordinary school value talent performance higher than students in the 985 - project colleges ; students of science pay more attention to talent performance and self - realization than the students of arts; different region of schools also have some differences. College students tend to go to the first - tier cities, the south and coastal cities. They are＂also inclined to choose government agencies, state - owned enterprises and foreign joint venture as their work units. Few students prefer to go to the countryside and start their own enterprise.
