利用线性系统理论,建立了透镜耦合ICCD相机的级联模型,用一级虚拟散射过程来等效像增强器对量子的散射过程.用探测量子效率和量子统计曲线分析系统的性能,发现系统在高增益状态,低频时探测性能基本不变,高频时随着频率的增加,性能下降很快;在低增益状态时,散射对系统性能影响明显,在散射级前端存在高增益级有助于提高系统性能.
A cascaded model is developed for lens coupled ICCD camera based on linear system theory. A virtuaI scattering stage is equivalent to the scattering stages of intensifier. The detective quamum efficiency and quantum accounting diagram are used to analysis the performance of the system. When the system works with high gain, the detective performance doesn't vary for low frequency, but decreases with frequency increasing for high frequency. When the system works with low gain, the scattering effect plays an important role in performance of the system. Adding a high gain stage before scattering stage can be helpful to improve the system performance.
