Participation rights of children in family education are the rights of children to take part in family education.It is a basic requirement of safeguarding children＇s human rights and achieving children＇s comprehensive development to protect the participation rights of children in family education.However,there are many problems with the protection of participation rights of children in family education in China,children exercising participation rights under improper influence,their participation rights being limited by their guardians and their participation rights not being restricted properly.It is now time to renew the idea,improve the relevant laws,and strengthen the supervision in order to guarantee the participation rights of children in family education.
