“慕课”教学的差异化及对本科院校法学教学的启示

"慕课"能得到迅速发展得益于其教学的差异化,"慕课"教学差异化通过大规模的互动得到充分体现,同时在教学内容、教学时间和教学地点等方面也得到体现。"慕课"教学差异化有助于每个学生最大限度发展的实现,有助于解决学生人数众多与学生差异性需要难以得到满足之间的矛盾,有助于实现教育机会均等,有助于国际社会的多元文化发展。"慕课"教学差异化对于我国地方本科院校法学教学有很大的启示:应加强教学互动,赋予学生以更大的学习自主权,实施小班教学,改进教学评价,改善其他配套条件等。

英文摘要:

The boom in the popularity of MOOCs is due to its differentiated teaching fully embodied in massive interactions as well as in teaching contents, time, place and so on. Differentiated teaching of MOOCs is conducive to maximizing all undergraduates' development, resolving the contradiction between undergraduates' large number and their need for differentiated teaching, equalizing the educational opportunities, and promoting the multicultural development of the international society. The inspirations China's higher education institutions may draw from the differentiated teaching of MOOCs are as follows: to strengthen the teaching interaction, to give the undergraduates more independence in learning, to carry out small-class teaching, to improve teaching evaluation and supporting facilities.
