目的 探讨刀豆蛋白A(ConA)能否诱导肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞分泌IFN-γ。方法 采用双抗夹心ELISA法检测细胞培养上清液中的IFN-γ的含量。结果 ConA能极显著地激活大鼠肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞分泌IFN-γ,5.0mg/L ConA的激活作用有时间依赖性,但10.0mg/LConA激活作用未表明有时间依赖性;5.0mg/LConA组和10.0mg/L ConA组间无显著性差异。结论 ConA能激活大鼠小肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞分泌IFN-γ。
Objective To study whether ConA could induce microvascular endothelial cells to secrete IFN-γ. Methods IFN-γ was tested by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results The microvascular endothelial cells of the intestinal mucous could be remarkably activated by ConA to secret IFN-γ, and the activations of 5.0mg/L ConA was time-dependent, but the 10.0 mg/L ConA was not so;There was not obviously different between the group of 5.0mg/L ConA and that of 10.0mg/L ConA. Conclusion ConA could induce microvascular endothelial cells of the rat intestinal mucosa to secrete IFN-T.
