While university libraries are widely attempting to improve the competence of public education through the adoption of MOOC, there remains a common issue on how to enhance the result of these education. MOOC titled Academic Ethics and Academic Standard established by Wuhan University Library reveals insights surrounding the main factors that influence the education result. The five key factors include teaching objectives, exercises and assignments, examinations, discussion and interaction, and textbooks. MOOC created by university libraries should focus on the expansion of professional education, value students＇ engagement, amplify libraries＇ advantages in resources and services, and accentuate collaboration so as to improve the result of MOOC public education.
