通过白云母在硫酸与氢氟酸混合溶液中的溶解试验,研究白云母中Al、Si及K的溶出行为,采用FTIR、XRD、SEM等手段考察白云母溶解过程中晶体结构变化规律.结果表明,与单一硫酸溶液体系相比,加入4%氢氟酸后,Al、Si和K的溶出率分别提高了23.12、44.51和11.00个百分点,说明氢氟酸有效破坏白云母晶体结构中Al-O八面体和Si-O四面体.随溶解时间延长,-OH、Si(AlⅣ)-O(Al)、Si-O-Si(AlⅣ)逐渐破坏,破坏晶面主要是(002)、(004)和(131).
Dissolution behavior of A1, Si, and K was studied by dissolution experiment in mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid. Crystal structures variation of muscovite were investigated with FTIR, XRD, SEM, and other means. The results indicate that, compared with single sulfuric acid solution system, dissolution rates of A1, Si and K in mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid increase by 23. 12, 44. 51, and 11.00 percentage point, respectively. That promotes hydrofluoric acid can effectively destroy Si-O tetrahedron and Al-O octahedron of muscovite. With dissolution time prolongs, - OH, Si (Al^IV ) - O-(Al), and Si- O- Si (Al^IV ) gradually be destroyed. Firstly destroyed lattice plane is (002), (004), and (131).
