以湖北某高钙镁云母型含钒石煤经预浮选获得的含钒石煤精矿为原料,进行了浸出实验研究。实验结果表明,在硫酸质量浓度为30%、液固比为4∶1、浸出温度为90℃、氟硅酸钠用量为16%、浸出时间为12h的条件下,可获得86.18%的高钒浸出率。
Vanadium-containing carbonaceous shale concentrate was obtained by pre-flotation of Hubei high calcium and magnesium mica carbonaceous shale containing vanadium,and then the concentrate was used as raw material for leaching experiments.The results indicate that high vanadium leaching rate of 86.18%can be obtained under the following conditions:H2SO4concentration of 30%,liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1,leaching temperature of 90 ℃,sodium fluorosilicate dosage of 16% and leaching time of 12 h.
