热休克蛋白(HSPs)是一类广泛存在于生物体内、生物进化高度保守、在生理和应激条件下均能表达的蛋白质家族。HSP10是该家族中的重要成员之一,广泛存在于哺乳动物的很多组织中,如骨髓、卵巢、前列腺、肝脏等。在正常细胞中,主要存在于线粒体和细胞质中。在这些组织细胞中HSP10针对不同的刺激信号,与不同辅助因子相互作用后激活或抑制下游基因的表达。近年来的研究表明,HSP10不仅参与蛋白折叠,还与细胞增殖凋亡、炎性免疫、生殖等相关。
Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are ubiquitously expressed in organisms,with a high conservativeness in organic evolution and expression in physiological condition or stress response. HSP10 is an important member of HSPs family, widely existing in many mammalian tissues, such as bone marrow, ovary,prostate,liver,and so on. In normal cells,it is mainly present in the mitochondria and cytoplasm. In these tissue cells, HSP10 interacts with different eofaetors to activate or inhibit the expression of downstream genes. In recent years, studies have shown that HSP10 is not only involved in protein folding, but also in cell proliferation and apoptosis, inflammatory and immune, productive and other activities.
