利用SSR标记研究了122份我国柚(Citrus grandis Osbesk)类资源及近缘种遗传多样性。31对SSR引物从供试材料中检测出335个等位基因变异,平均每个位点可检测到9.85个等位基因。位点多态信息量(PJC)变幅为0.1939-0.9073,平均为0.7085。用UPGMA方法将122份材料分成7个组群,110个柚类品种在相似系数0.712,可细分成18个亚组,主要由沙田柚品种群、文旦柚品种群及庞大的杂种柚品种群组成。
Genetic diversity in 122 accessions ofpummelo (Citrus grand/s Osbesk) and their relatives was assessed using SSR markers. The 31 pairs of SSR informative primers generated a total of 335 alleles. The average number of alleles per locus was 9.85. The value ofallelic polymorphism information content (P/C) ranged from 0.1939 to 0.9073, on an average 0.7085 per primer. The 122 accession ofpummelo and their relatives could be clustered into seven groups with UPGMA method, in which the 110 pummelo accession could be clustered into eighteen subgroups at simility coefficient of 0.712. These subgroups mainly be composed of Shatian pummelo variety group, Wendan variety group and many of hybrid pummelo group.
