熔盐电解制备硼及金属硼化物的开发前景

介绍了单质硼粉及金属硼化物的优良性能和应用前景,国内外制备和生产单质硼粉及金属硼化物的方法与原理。结合国内外实验与研究的现状,分析认为,熔盐电解法制备与生产单质硼粉及金属硼化物的优点是环境友好、反应条件容易控制、产品纯度高,是很有前途的方法。现存的主要问题是电极反应机理以及连续电解设备的开发,随着研究工作的深入开展,熔盐电解法的应用前景将非常广阔。

英文摘要:

In this paper the fine performance and application prospects of boron and metal boride are introduced, and the methods and principles of preparing such material at home and abroad are outlined. By studying the actuality of experimental and research, the advantages of preparating boron and metal borides powder with molten salt electrolysis are much easier, less expensive and environmentally friendly and high purity of products. The molten salt electrolysis has become one of most hopeful methods to prepare boron and metal boride. The mechanism of electrode reactions and continuous electrolysis are main academic problems and the development of continuous electrolysis equipment is an important technical obstacle. With far-ranging cooperation of scientific research, the application of molten salt electrolysis method is very promising in the future.
