主要对熔盐电解制备CaB6晶体粉末的电解槽电压和温度两个主要的外部条件的选择进行了理论分析。同时,对分析结果通过实验加以验证,对电解生成的终产物的相组成、形貌进行了X射线衍射,扫描电镜及能谱分析。实验结果表明,在氩气保护下,CaCl2与NaCl混合熔盐体系下,合成的CaB6晶体粉末的温度在700℃-800℃,电解槽电压在2.8V-3.2V范围内较为合理。
The cell voltage and temperature conditions are analysisied for synthesis of CaB6 by molten salt electrolysis. At the same time, the analysis resuits verified by experiments, the composition, morphology of the end product were analysised by means of X - ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and spectroscopy. The results show that, under the protection of the argon gas, CaCl2 - NaCl with molten salt, the synthesis of CaBs crystal powder in the temperature of 700℃ --800℃, cell voltage in the range of 2.8 V- 3.2 V is more reasonable.
