基于研究煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故中共性不安全动作的原因,本文选取了2000年后至今所有公开的201起重特大瓦斯爆炸事故为样本,以事故致因“2-4”模型为理论依据分析了事故原因,并重点对导致事故的一线工人的共性不安全动作进行了研究。结果表明:瓦斯爆炸事故共性不安全动作包括存在无风微风作业、进入禁入区作业等8大类14项。其中,无风微风作业、随意操作局部通风机以及随意开启风门发生频数较多,发生地点集中于掘进工作面和采煤工作面,对应的事故数量占到共性事故总量的63%,发出的共性不安全动作频数占到总频数的64%。
