目的观察中药白英汤预防胸部恶性肿瘤放射性肺损伤和对生活质量的临床疗效及对血浆转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）表达的影响。方法 60例胸部恶性肿瘤放疗患者随机分为两组：治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组常规放疗,治疗组采用放疗的同时同步服用中药白英汤水剂。放疗结束后3个月测定血浆TGF-β1水平,并观察两组的急性放射性肺损伤、晚期放射性肺损伤发生率和患者的生活质量情况。结果放疗结束时和放疗后3个月,治疗组3-4级急性放射性肺损伤、晚期放射性肺损伤发生率和血浆TGF-β1水平均低于对照组;生活质量优于对照组;差异均有统计学意义。结论中药白英汤能降低胸部恶性肿瘤放射治疗患者血浆TGF-β1的过度表达,减少3-4级急性放射性肺损伤和晚期放射性肺损伤发生,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese herbal Baiyingtang on preventing radiation-induced lung injury and the quality of life with chest neoplasm and plasma expression of transforming growth factor （TGF-β1）. Methods Sixty patients with chest neoplasm to accept radiotherapy were divided into two groups：30 cases were treated by radiotherapy and traditional Chinese herbal Baiyingtang named treatment group,and 30 cases for control group were treated by merely radiotherapy. At the beginning and the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiation,investigate plasma TGF-β1,acute and late stage radia-tion-induced lung injury and the quality of life. The same indexes were recorded. Results In treatment group plasma TGF-β1 was lower than that of the control group,the occurrence rate of severe acute and late stage radiation-induced lung injury of the patients of treatment groups were lower than those of the control at the end of radiotherapy and 3 months after radiation. The quality of life of the patients of treatment groups was better than that of the control. Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbal Baiyingtang has an effect on inhabiting TGF-β1 over expressing,preventing radiation-induced lung injury,and increasing the quality of life with chest neoplasms who need radiotherapy. It is worth further investigation whether it can increase the endurance of radiation dose and the rate of tumor control or not.
