骨损伤时,局部组织或细胞常处于低氧状态,骨损伤修复是一个复杂的受多种细胞因子调控的修复过程。低氧导致一系列转录诱导因子的表达,其中低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)是调节细胞低氧反应的关键因子,它所调控的一些因子在骨修复过程中作用十分广泛,主要涉及血管化和骨再生。现就HIF-1α的成血管作用,及其对成骨细胞、破骨细胞的调控作用予以综述。
During bone injury,local tissue or cells are often in a hypoxic state,and bone injury repair is a complex process subject to the regulation of a variety of cytokines.Hypoxia leads to a series of transcriptional expression of inducible factor,among which hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)is a key factor to regulate cell response to hypoxia,many factors regulated by HIF-1α play a role in bone reparative process,mainly in angiogenesis and osteanagenesis.Here is to make a review on HIF-1α effect on angiogenesis,osteoblast and osteoclast.
