目的:建立比格犬胃造瘘及胃电刺激器植入模型,观察胃电刺激对摄食量的影响,并筛选能够抑制犬摄食量的胃电刺激参数。方法:对8只比格犬进行了胃造瘘及可调式胃电刺激器的植入,每只动物进行假刺激及波宽为0.3~9ms不同参数的胃电刺激。观察胃电刺激下犬摄食量及症状的变化,筛选有效刺激参数。结果:胃电刺激可显著减少犬的摄食量,无严重并发症出现。每只犬的有效刺激参数呈现明显的个体化。结论:胃电刺激治疗肥胖需要采用个体化的刺激参数,可调式胃电刺激器较传统的胃电刺激器更有优势。
Objective:To establish the effects of adjustable gastric electrical stimulation(GES)on the food-intake and deriving the optimal parameters in a canine model.Methods:Eight dogs were each implanted with a gastric cannula and an adjustable stimulator.GES with trains of short-pulses:10mA,2s-on,3s-off,40Hz and a series of pulse widths(0.3ms~9ms)were performed.Food intake and symptoms during acute GES were observed to find the most effective parameters.Results:GES may significantly inhibit beagle dogs'food intake without causing any serious complication.The effective parameters vary greatly among the subject beagle dogs to demonstrate remarkable distinctions for each dog.Conclusion:The parameters of GES should be individualized in treating obesity and adjustable GES may have an advantage over the traditional GES.
