LaMgAl11O19加入对8YSZ材料力学性能的影响

为改善8YSZ材料的力学性能,利用呈板片状结构的LaMgAl11O19来强韧化8YSZ陶瓷,在1600℃下保温3 h制备了LaMgAl11O19-8YSZ复相陶瓷,研究了LaMgAl11O19的添加量对8YSZ基复相陶瓷的致密度、显微形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加板片状LaMgAl11O19可较明显地改善8YSZ陶瓷的力学性能。当LaMgAl11O19的添加量为20 wt%时,8YSZ基复相陶瓷的抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别为297.4 MPa和4.0 MPa.m^1/2。

英文摘要:

In order to improve the mechanical properties of 8YSZ material,plate-like LaMgAl11O19 was added for strengthening-toughening of 8YSZ ceramic.The effects of LaMgAl11O19 addition on the phase composition,relative density,microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties of 8YSZ ceramic improved obviously when plate-like LaMgAl11O19 was added.When the addition of LaMgAl11O19 was 20 wt%.The fracture toughness and bending strength reached 297.4 MPa and 4.0 MPa·m^1/2,respectively.
