本实验采用自行设计的气流喷砂式热态固体粒子冲蚀磨损试验机,以36#NI]~砂作为冲蚀粒子,在空气气氛下,研究了冲蚀温度(室温25℃、400℃、600℃、800℃、1000℃、1200℃、1400℃)以及冲蚀角度(30°、45°、60°、75°、90°)对氧化铝陶瓷样品冲蚀磨损行为的影响。结果表明:氧化铝陶瓷表现出脆性材料冲蚀特征,冲蚀率随温度升高呈增大的趋势,其中1200℃以上冲蚀率增大趋势明显。800℃以下,随着冲蚀角度的增大,氧化铝陶瓷的冲蚀率呈上升趋势,90°达到最大值;1200℃和1400℃,随着冲蚀角度的增大,氧化铝陶瓷的冲蚀率呈先上升后下降的趋势,分别在75°和60°达到最大值。

The effect of temperature on solid particle erosion-wear behavior of Alumina ceramics were studied. The erosion-wear experiments were performed by a self-designed sand blasting type hightemperature solid particle erosion equipment, using 36 # Corundum sand as erosion particles in air atmosphere. The results showed that Alumina ceramic show brittle material erosion characteristics. Erosion rate increased with the temperature in the trend. Specially erosion rate increased obviously above 1200 ℃. With the increase of erosion angle of alumina ceramic, erosion rate shows rising trend under 800 ℃, and reached the maximum at 90°. The erosion rate increased gradually first, then decreased with the increase of the Angle of erosion at 1200 ℃ and 1400 ℃, reached the maximum at 75 °and 60 °, respectively.
