以过氧化氢作为氧化剂溶浸新疆某砂岩型铀矿石,考察溶浸条件对铀浸出率的影响。结果表明,碳酸氢铵为溶浸剂时,过氧化氢可有效氧化浸出矿石中四价铀。铀浸出总量随着过氧化氢加入量的增加而增加。当溶解氧加人总量为600mg/L时,5回次溶浸的铀浸出总量为76.40%,能满足地浸采铀工艺要求。
With hydroperoxide as oxidant to infiltration leach a sandstone-type uranium deposits in Xinjiang, the effects of infiltration conditions on uranium leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the insoluble U(IV) of the ore is satisfactorily oxidized and leached with hydroperoxide in NH4 HCO3 leaching solution. The total uranium leaching amount increases with increase of dosage of hydroperoxide. The total uranium leaching rate is 76.40% with dissolving oxygen concentration of 600 mg/L after five-roundtrip leaching, which can meet the requirements of in-situ leaching process.
