为控制蒙其古尔矿床微酸浸铀过程中碳酸钙沉淀引起的堵塞,对碳酸钙溶解—沉淀作用的相关因素进行了分析,并运用地球化学模拟软件QHREEQCI对碳酸钙的饱和状态进行了跟踪研究.结果表明,pH是控制碳酸钙溶解—沉淀的主控因素,随着体系pH的降低,碳酸钙由过饱和逐步转为非饱和,将pH控制在临界值以下可有效避免发生碳酸钙沉淀.
Calcium carbonate dissolution-precipitation related factors were analyzed to control the blocking caused by calcium carbonate precipitation during mild acid in-situ leaching of uranium at Mengqiguer deposit.Saturation state of calcium carbonate was monitored with geochemical modeling software QHREEQCI.The results show that pH is the primary controlling factor for calcium carbonate dissolutionprecipitation.Saturation state of calcium carbonate moves gradually from being saturated to being unsaturated with drop of pH value.Precipitation of calcium carbonate can be effectively prevented by controlling pH value below critical value.
