本文设计搭建了静态闪蒸实验台,对NaCl溶液静态闪蒸传热特性进行了实验研究。实验中,初始液膜厚度为0.2m、0.4m,初始盐水浓度为0—0.26,过热度为1.5—40℃。结果表明:闪蒸时间随着过热度的增加而逐渐增加;初始液膜厚度和浓度的增加,使闪蒸过程中不平衡分数的下降速率趋缓,导致平衡时刻不平衡分数升高;过热度的增加,使液膜中所包含的不稳定能量增多,使平衡时刻不平衡分数降低;平衡时刻体积传热系数随过热度的增加而逐渐减小。
The heat transfer characteristics of sodium chloride aqueous solution in static flash evaporation was studied experimentally on the static flash evaporation system. The initial height of waterfilm was 0.2 m and 0.4 m, the initial concentration of sodium chloride aqueous solution and superheat were varied from 0 to 0.26 and from 1.5 to 40℃, respectively. The results show that, flash time gradually increases with the increase in superheat, and the equilibrium time of non- equilibrium fraction and volumetric heat transfer coeificient decreases gradually with the increasing superheat; the increasing initial height and concentration of waterfilm lead to the increase in equilibrium time of non- equilibrium fraction.
