提出一种采用啁啾光纤光栅测定位移的方法。悬臂梁受到应力时引起刚性粘接在悬臂梁上的啁啾光栅反射谱带宽压缩,带宽变化引起光栅反射光强变化,通过测量啁啾光栅反射光强可测定位移。该传感器具有温度自补偿功能,温度变化引起反射谱波长移动但总光强不变。实验结果表明该传感器测量灵敏度达K-1168/mm.
Based on the ditrigon cantilever beam,a method to measure the displacement with the chirp fiber grating is proposed. When the strain is acting on the cantilever beam,the reflectance spectrum of the chirp grating that is stuck on cantilever beam is compressed,and the variation of the bandwidth introduces the change of the intensity of the reflectance light. The displacement can be measured according to the intensity of the reflectance light of the chirp grating. This sensor has the function of the temperature self-compensation, the variation in temperature results in the wavelength shift of the reflectance spectrum but the total light intensity is invariant. The experiment shows that the accuracy of measurement of the sensor can be up to K=1168/mm.
