随着大型带式输送机在煤炭、化工等领域的广泛应用,其各滚筒之间总功率的合理分配已成为焦点问题,故在电动机功率不平衡度数学模型的基础上,重点研究输送带弹性伸长率对不同类型功率分配的影响规律。结果表明:尼龙芯输送带受弹性伸长率影响更大,故安全起见,工程应用中建议选用较适合的钢丝绳芯输送带。
With the extensive application of large belt conveyor in coal and chemical industry, the reasonable distribution of the total power between the pulleys has become the focal problem. Therefore on the basis of the mathematical model of motors power imbalance, the influence of elongation on power distribution of different types is analyzed. The results show that influence of elastic elongation on nylon core conveyor belt is larger than that of steel cord conveyor belt. Therefore, it is suggested that the proposed steel conveyor should be selected for the sake of safety in engineering.
