肾性贫血是慢性肾脏病患者常见的并发症之一。近年来,越来越多的研究表明维生素D、成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)、骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)是参与骨矿物质代谢的分子,同样在肾性贫血的发生、发展中发挥作用。本文对维生素D、FGF23、BMPs与肾性贫血的关系进行综述,为进一步了解骨矿物质代谢紊乱与肾性贫血的内在联系以及为临床肾性贫血治疗提供新方向。
Renal anemia is a common complication of chronic kidney disease. In recent years,more and more studies indicate that vitamin D, fibroblast growth factor 23( FGF23) and bone morphogenetic proteins( BMPs) which involve in mineral and bone metabolism,also play an important role in the occurrence and progression of renal anemia. We reviewed the association of vitamin D,FGF23,BMPs with renal anemia. The findings may offer assistance for further studying the inherent association of mineral and bone metabolism disorders with renal anemia,and provide new thoughts for the treatment of renal anemia.
