Compared with market transactions-based financing,relationship-based financing is considered to contain some kinds of quasi-social network factors in market transactions.Industrial Associations（Chambers）,with their provision of information and internal governance,and other special advantages,can effectively overcome the bounded rationality and opportunism caused by asymmetric information problems in order to provide a new financing model for SMEs.The thesis whose research object is based on Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce can promote its role of SMEs relationship financing mechanism and mode of operation.These experiences are of a certain reference.
