Discussing complete noncompact quatemionic Kahler manifolds with weighted Poincare＇ inequality, and obtaining a vanishing theorem if Ricci curvature has low bound which is related with weighted function, this generalizes Lam＇ s result in the case of complete noncompact quatemionic Kahler manifolds.
