The elevation of tumor intracellular pH（pHi） is the common character of tumor multiple drug resistance（MDR）,which makes the tumor insensitive to chemotherapeutics and decreases the therapeutic effect.The reverse of tumor MDR can be achieved by regulating the pHi.The pHi can be regulated by the inhibition of Na^＋/H^＋ exchanger,which provides a new approach to tumor treatment.
