柔性导线是柔性电子的重要组成部分,以液态金属为导电材料的柔性导线不仅具备高的变形、适形能力,还具备高的电导率(104~105S/cm),而掌握液态金属基导线的制备方法是其应用的关键。鉴于此,总结和分析了近年来基于液态金属的柔性导线制备方法的研究进展,介绍了液态金属的物理化学特性,重点阐述了液态金属柔性导线的制备方法,并对基于液态金属柔性导线的现有制备方法的特点以及未来的发展方向进行了深入分析。
Flexible conductive wires are the core of flexible electronics.Liquid metal based flexible conductive wires not only have high conductivity(104-105S/cm),but also can work properly under large deformation.However,the methods for the fabrication of the liquid metal based flexible conductive wires are the key for the applications.Therefore,recent progress of the methods for fabricating liquid metal based flexible conductive wires is summarized and analyzed.The physical and chemical properties of liquid metals are introduced.The preparing methods of liquid-metal conductive wires are emphasized.The characteristics of current preparing methods of liquid-metal conductive wires are deeply analyzed and their future developing direction is discussed.
