平板内孔洞产生的应力集中会对板内裂纹扩展路径产生"吸引"作用,使其偏离原来直线方向。运用扩展有限元法研究了单边裂纹板内单孔洞的位置和大小对应力集中和裂纹扩展路径的影响以及双孔洞单边裂纹板内裂纹的扩展情况。同时引入应力影响系数来表征开孔边缘处应力对裂纹扩展路径所产生"吸引"作用的强弱,结果表明,在同一模型中应力影响系数的变化趋势和裂纹扩展路径偏转角的变化趋势一致。
The stress concentration caused by hole in the plate would produce " attraction" effect on the crack propagation path and makes it deviate from the original straight line. The extended finite element method( XFEM) was used to investigate the effect of the single hole' s position and size in single edgecracked plate on the stress concentration and crack propagation path,and the crack propagation with double holes in single edge-cracked plate.The strength of " attraction" on the crack propagation path from the concentrated stress at the edge of the hole was characterized with the stress influence coefficient.Results showed that the variation tendency of the stress influence coefficient and the variation trend of deflection angle of the crack propagation path were consistent in the same model.
