压力容器可靠性设计时需要考虑各个变量的不确定性。根据压力容器和管道中相关腐蚀理论的具体应用,考虑腐蚀深度随时间的动态变化,将压力容器筒体的可靠性计算和腐蚀裕量的可靠性联系起来。利用蒙特卡洛方法对压力容器筒体设计进行模拟,并对某一压力容器进行了可靠性分析,得到在某一特定失效概率下的筒体设计壁厚。最后根据计算结果,得到设计变量对容器可靠度的敏感性,并对这些变量的灵敏度分析和探讨,从而为化工装备的可靠性设计提供一种合理的方法和科学依据。
The uncertainty of each variable should be considered in reliability design of pressure vessels.According to the application of relevant corrosion theory in pressure vessel and pipeline ,the calculation for reliability of the pressure vessel should be associated with the reliability of corrosion allowance considering the dynamic changes of corrosion depth with time,Monte Carlo simulation method is proposed to simulate the tank of pressure vessel,and then analyze the reliability of one pressure vessel so that the wall thickness Of the cylinder is got at one particular failure probability.Finally according to the calculating results the sensitivity of design variables to the vessel reliability is obtained,which is analyzed and discussed to provide a reasonable method and scientific basis for reliability design of the chemical equipments.
