Role kidnapping refers to the phenomenon of a role being characterized by irrational moral evaluation because of its partic- ularity. It is mainly manifested in the obfuscation of role positioning, the idealization of role expectation and the distortion of role im- age. And its appearance can be attributed to the deeply ingrained notion of moral supremacy, the lagging behind of moral evaluation system, and the moral conformity of the public, which all affect the process of moral evaluation. To get out of role kidnapping, we need to break the shackles of moral supremacy, accept the reasonable interests and incomes of the individual, re -establish the evaluation method which is a combination of rationality and emotion, and break away from the traditional evaluation model of binary opposition.
