从复杂网络的角度,对由许多相互关联的质量组织所构成的质量系统建模a利用复杂网络的理论方法研究了质量系统的结构属性和动力学特征,并以计算机信息产业质量系统为例,借助网络分析软件UCINET和MATLAB统计工具进行了分析。结果表明:质量系统网络的度数和介数较集中,聚集系数小,度分布服从对数正态分布。说明计算机信息产业质量系统的关键点是微软等六大公司,对他们的质量管理和控制对于整个系统的稳定和发展具有重大的意义。
From the view point of complex networks, an analysis model is proposed for quality system consisting of many correlative quality organizations. The structure properties and dynamics characters of a quality system are discussed in this paper using complex networks theory and method. Also the quality system of the computer information industry is given for an example analyzed by the tool of network analysis software UCINET and MATLAB statistical toolbox. The results show that the number of degree and betweenness are rather centralized; the clustering coefficient is very small and the degrees obey the lognormal distribution. Therefore the key nodes in this quality system are the six big information industry corporations and the quality management and improvement to them are of great significance to the robustness and development of the whole system.
