以果蝇为动物模型,对玫瑰花提取物(F21)进行抗氧化防衰老的研究.通过大样本、高重复的寿命实验,证明了F21能显著提高果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命.用F21饲养(培养基给药浓度0.2%)果蝇后,其处理组果蝇体内的脂褐素含量明显下降、飞行频率有明显的升高趋势;同时,果蝇体内抗氧化酶CAT和SOD的活力均有明显提高.
In the present researches, Drosophila melanogaster was introduced as the model that was used to investigate the antioxidant activities and anti-ageing actions of F21 from Rosa Rugosa. By the life span experiment with a mass of swatches and repetitions, it was testified that F21 obviously increased the average and the longest lifespan of treated fruit fly. After Drosophila melanogaster were treated with F21(0. 2 % concentration), the content of Lipofuscin obviously decreased compared to control group, while the flight frequency obviously increased. The activities of CAT and SOD increased after fruit fly was treated with F21.
