采用盆栽试验,以大豆秸秆不还田为对照(CK),依据田间还田量设计非接种根瘤菌大豆秸秆还田(T1)、接种根瘤菌大豆秸秆还田(T2)和接种根瘤菌大豆去根瘤秸秆还田(T3)3种处理方式,探究不同水控、不同时期不同处理对土壤养分的影响。结果表明,75%水控培养110d和140dT2电导率显著高于T1;25%和95%水控140d还田处理速效氮显著高于CK,且T2优于T3;75%水控20d、50d还田处理速效磷显著高于其他处理,且50%水控培养后期(≥50d)速效磷水平高于其他水控;25%与50%水控140d还田处理速效钾显著高于对照;75%水控(≤50d)和95%水控(≥50d)各处理硝态氮含量保持较高水平。3因素试验分析发现,各养分均与处理极显著相关,处理(T)对养分的影响〉取样时间(ST)〉水分处理(WC),T×ST互作效果最好;T×ST×WC3因素互作对速效钾和速效磷影响极显著。50%和75%水控下养分含量相对较高,还田处理优于CK,T2优于T1。
Using pot simulation experiment,no straw returning as CK,according to the actual returning amount,three treatments were designed,including no inoculation rhizobium soybean straw returning to the field(T1),inoculation rhizobium soybean straw returning to the field(T2),and inoculation rhizobium soybean straw without root nodule returning to the field(T3).The aim of this paper was to study the effects of different water control,different treatments and different sample times on soil nutrient.The results showed that the conductivity value of T2 treatment were higher than T1 treatment under 75% water controlling for 110 dand 140d.The available N of straw returning treatments were higher than CK under 25%and 75% water control in cultivation 140 d,and T2 treatment was higher than T1 treatment.The available P of straw returning treatments were higher than other treatments under 75% water control in cultivation 20 dand 50d,respectively,and the level of available P of 50% water control was higher than other water control at the later stages of cultivation(≥50d).The available K of returning treatments were higher than control under 25%and 50% water control in cultivation 140 d.The all treatments nitrate-N were higher under 75%water control(≤50d)and 95% water control(≥50d).According to three factors analysis,the results showed that soil nu-trition were all interrelated with treatments(T),and the effect of treatments(T)sample time(ST)water control(WC),the effect of T×ST was higher than WC×T and WC×ST,and the effect of T×ST×WC on available P and K were significantly.So the soil nutrition under 50% and75% water control was relatively higher than other water control,returning treatments could increase soil nutrition than control,and inoculation rhizobium soybean straw returning were higher than no inoculation rhizobium soybean straw returning.
