为了提高灌区渠道水位测量的精度,设计了一种基于磁致伸缩材料磁滞伸缩效应的水位测定仪。根据明渠水位测量的要求,本设计主要对硬件电路进行了以下优化设计:采用NE555时基集成芯片产生激励脉冲信号;微弱回波信号的处理采用简单无源滤波器、高精度仪表放大器AD8420、专用集成有源滤波器LTC1562-2、电压比较器LM397处理;计时和数据处理采用16位超低功耗混合信号处理器MSP430F169单片机设计。经实验验证,结果表明本文设计的水位仪具有精度高、耐腐蚀、安装方便、工作稳定可靠等特点,适合灌区明渠水位的测量。
In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement of canal water level in the irrigation district,this paper designs a kind of water level meter based on the magnetostrictive effect.According to the water level of the canal measurement requirements,this paper carries out the optimization design of the hardware circuit of the following:NE555 integrated chip is used to generate excitation pulse signals,treatment of weak echo signal by using simple passive filter,high precision instrumentation amplifier AD620,integrate active filter LTC1562-2 and voltage comparator LM397.There is a 16 bit ultra-low power microcontroller(MSP430F169) design of timing and data processing circuit.The water level meter designed in this paper has the characteristics of high precision,corrosion resistance,convenient installation,stable and reliable work.
