为了研究钢管混凝土柱一桩定位偏差对地下结构位移的影响,根据工程地质条件、施工方案、柱桩位布置及其他相关资料,基于Midas/GTS软件建立了天津市文化广场某地铁车站盖挖逆作法三维施工过程模型,模拟并分析了钢管混凝土柱3种不同定位偏差对柱、桩、地下连续墙和楼板位移的影响。研究表明:定位偏差会引起地下结构在垂直线路的水平方向上的位移增大,竖直方向上的位移减小,且偏差越大,对垂直线路方向上的水平位移影响也越大。另外,不同的定位偏差类型对水平位移的影响较大,但对竖直方向的位移影响较小。研究结果对类似工程的定位偏差控制具有一定的参考价值。
In order to study the influence of location deviation of concrete-filled steel tube column on the displacement of underground structure, on the basis of the geological condition, construction scheme, column-pile layout and other related data, a three-dimensional model of the construction process of the subway station CCTDM at Tianjin cultural square was established using the Midas/ GTS. The influence of three different location deviations of concrete-filled steel tube on the displace- ment of concrete-filled steel tube itself, pile foundation, diaphragm wall and floor in the excavation process was simulated and analyzed. Results showed that location deviation caused larger horizontal displacement of the vertical line of the subsurface structure and smaller vertical displacement. And the larger the deviation is, the larger the horizontal displacement will be. In addition, different types of local deviation have larger influence on the horizontal displacement, and smaller influence on thevertical displacement. This article provided some reference data for the error control of similar pro- jects.
