The number of construction projects goods consumed in large and variety,set up arrangements for material reserves sensibly,directly related to the overall progress and the total cost of the construction project. With the continue deepening of the construction supply chain ideology,combined with the characteristics of construction,the paper proposes the joint management inventory,nail down application conditions and implementation strategy,reduce the total inventory cost of construction enterprises effectively,accelerate the capital turnover rate of enterprises,realize win-win strategy between providers and construction companies,at last,improve the overall competitiveness of construction enterprises.
