自动化立体仓库是一个复杂的系统,EIQ分析法作为现代仓库管理的一个新方法,在提升仓库管理效率,节约成本方面效果显著,Flexsim对其规划、设计、建设、管理具有极大地促进作用,通过系统仿真,可以对系统的参数进行设计和调试,从而完善自动化立体仓库的总体结构和作业流程。文章综合运用两种技术对自动化立体仓库的设备及系统进行设计,力求达到提高仓库的利用率、降低成本的目标。
Automated warehouse is a complex system. As a new method of modern warehouse management, EIQ play a great role in promoting efficiency and saving cost, and the overall structure of the automated warehouse could be im- proved and operation processes be optimized by Flexsim simu- lation, the planning, design, construction and management be promoted as well. In order to improve the utilization rate of the warehouse and reduce the cost, this paper utilizes two ap- proaches comprehensively in automated warehouse equipment and system design.
