目的对藿香正气水的化学成分进行研究,为其药效研究提供物质基础。方法运用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为甘草苷(1)、甘草素(2)、异甘草素(3)、芒柄花素(4)、水合氧化前胡素(5)、白当归素(6)、橙皮苷(7)、5,7,8,3,'4'-五甲氧基黄酮(8)、5,6,7,3’,4'-五甲氧基黄酮(9)、5,7,8,4'-四甲氧基黄酮(10)、川陈皮素(11)、3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-七甲氧基黄酮(12)、地中海红桔素(13)、和厚朴酚(14)、厚朴酚(15)。结论以上化合物均为首次从藿香正气水复方中得到,其中化合物1~4可能来源于甘草:化合物5、6可能来源于白芷;化合物7~13可能来源于陈皮;化合物14、15可能来源于厚朴。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin-layer chromatography, and recrystallization were used to isolate the chemical constituents from chloroform extract. And the structures of compounds were identified by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results Fifteen compounds were obtained and identified as liquiritin (1), liquiritigenin (2), isoliquiritigenin (3), formononetin (4), oxypeucedanin hydrate (5), byakangelicin (6), hesperidin (7), 5, 7, 8, 3', 4'-pentamethoxyflavone (8), 5, 6, 7, 3', 4'-pentamethoxyflavone (9), 5, 7, 8, 4 '-tetramethoxyfl avone (10), nobiletin ( 11 ), 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 3', 4 '-heptamethoxyflavone ( 12 ), tangeretin (13), honokiol (14), and magnolol (15). Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid for the first time. Compounds 1 --4 may come from Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma; compounds 5 and 6 from Angelicae Dahuricae Radix; compounds 7--13 from Cirri Reticulatae Pericarpium; and compounds 14 and 15 from Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.
