分析了整形过程中间隙放电状态对整形的影响,并根据整形过程中圆度的变化规律,提出了提高整形效率和精度的方法。在分析不同放电介质放电特征的基础上,对不同整形阶段的放电介质进行了选择。针状电极试验证明了砂轮与电极之间的放电区域为一段圆弧,砂轮表面上某一点的最大放电时间为砂轮转过这段圆弧的时间(T),在此试验基础上分析了不同脉冲周期对整形的影响,并通过试验证明了脉冲周期大于丁时,对降低圆度有不利影响。电压、电流和脉宽主要影响材料的去除率,但大的材料去除率并不意味着高的整形效率。分析了转速对整形过程的影响,在一定范围内增大砂轮转速有利于整形效率和整形精度的提高。
The influences of discharging states on electro-discharge truing process were analyzed. According to the variation of roundness during truing, the methods to improve truing precision and efficiency were described. The dielectrics in different truing processes were selected by analyzing their discharge characteristics. The results of pin electrode experiments show that the discharging area on the wheel surface is an arc, which determines the maximum discharging time (T). Based on the analysis of the pin electrode experiments the influence of pulse cycle on truing process was studied, and experiments prove that the roundness will increase when pulse cycle is longer than T. Discharge voltage, current and impulse duration have direct influence on material removal rate, but with the material removal rate rising the roundness is not always decreased. Finally, the influence of wheel speed on the roundness of wheel was analyzed, which shows that the truing efficiency and roundness can be improved with the wheel speed increasing when the speed value is within a certain range.
