为了提高铸铁基金刚石微粉砂轮电火花整形的效率和精度,建立了电火花整形的实时监控系统.分析了电火花的间隙放电状态,比较了不同的识别方法对放电状态的识别准确率,得知基于击穿延时和脉冲平均电流组合的方法识别准确率最高.在以上分析的基础上,提出了不同整形阶段的间隙控制策略和砂轮圆度在线预测策略,实现了整形过程放电间隙的实时控制和砂轮圆度的实时在线预测,提高了砂轮整形的效率和精度,最终得到砂轮的圆度为0.6μm、锥度误差小于0.3μm.
In order to obtain an efficient and precise electro-discharge truing (EDT) process of cast iron bonded fine abrasive diamond wheel, a real-time monitoring and controlling system via a nano-servo device based on LabVIEW was designed and implemented. The gap discharging states were analyzed and the accurately identifying rate for the method of combining ignition delay time detection with average pulse current was the highest among the different identifying methods compared. Then the gap controlling strategy and the on-line roundness predicting strategy during different EDT processes were proposed and implemented, improving the truing efficiency and wheel roundness. The final roundness of the diamond wheel by EDT was 0.6 μm, the taper error was less than 0.3 μm.
