两种改善毛细管电泳迁移时间重现性方法的比较

中文摘要:

系统比较了迁移时间比法以及迁移时间与电压乘积倒数法对改善毛细管电泳迁移时间重现性效果的差异。选用双黄连口服液作为考察对象,通过对不同电压下实验结果的处理及平行实验结果的处理,发现内标峰位置的选择对两种方法的效果都有影响,以靠近电泳图中部的峰作为内标峰获得的结果较好,并且迁移时间比法优于迁移时间与电压乘积倒数法。用迁移时间比法对不同厂家或批次的双黄连口服液进行了分类比较,获得了较为满意的效果。

英文摘要:

The effectiveness of the two methods,migration time ratio method and reciprocal of product of migration time and applied voltage,were evaluated in terms of the relative standard deviation of migration time or other modified physical quantity for each peak of Shuanghuanglian Koufuye.The experiments showed that the effectiveness of the two methods was dependent on the position of the peak selected as internal standard and a better reproducibility could be reached if the peak appearing in the middle of the whole electropherogram was selected as internal standard.It was also approved that the migration time ratio method was better than the method of reciprocal of product of migration time in approving reproducibility of capillary electrophoresis.The migration time ratio method was successfully applied to the classification of Shuanghuanglian Koufuye which were from different plants and different batches,and satisfactory results were obtained.
