设计了一个驱动机构精密角速度测试系统,该系统可以精密测量驱动机构的输出轴在低速转动时的角速度。系统中模拟了惯量负载和扭矩负载,通过在轴系中加入扭矩反馈,使电控加载器能够实现在极低速工况下精确加栽扭矩,并提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的模拟负载波形的实现方式。通过实验测试了驱动机构带四种不同负载时的角速度,并通过后处理软件得到驱动机构的角速度特性。
A precise angular velocity measurement system of driving mechanism is designed. It can measure angular velocity of driving mechanism precisely when it works at low velocity. Inertia load and torque load are simulated in this system. Through adding feedback into axis, electronically controlled loader can load torque precisely in the case of low velocity. A method based on LabVIEW is proposed which can achieve the simulated curve load. It is presented in this paper that Angular velocities are measured with four different torque loads and the angular velocity characteristics can be obtained by a post processing software.
