针对钢铁厂闪镀镍镀槽设计中的流道均匀性问题,对具有不同结构参数的阻尼板的流道系统的流场进行数值模拟.运用速度云图、相对标准偏差,对原始方案、阻尼平板方案、阻尼弯板方案的数值模拟结果进行定性和定量分析,通过分析对比,得出了阻尼平板孔径和孔距的不同组合对流场均匀性的影响规律,得到最优孔径、孔距组合,并确定了阻尼弯板的最优折弯角度.结果表明,在闪镀槽流道系统中增加阻尼板,可显著提高闪镀槽中流场的速度均匀性,并且阻尼弯板方案的效果优于阻尼平板方案.
Taking the damping plate in the flash nickel plating bath in one steel plant as the object, the flow field with plates of different structure coefficient have been numerically simulated. Through velocity plot and introduction of cancept concerning relative standard deviation, the results of simulation have been qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed and compared, and the optimal combination of pore size and hole distance have been determined. Besides, the bending angle has been determined through comparisorL The results show that, with the introduction of damping plate, the velocity uniformity of the flow field has been improved significantly. Besides, the bending damping plate is better than the damping plate without bending.
