植物生长营养液对干旱期及复水后马铃薯渗透调节物质的影响

基于盆栽试验,研究了3种水分条件及复水后植物生长营养液对马铃薯叶片及根系渗透调节能力的影响。结果表明,不同水分胁迫程度及复水条件下,喷施植物生长营养液均能提高马铃薯叶片和根系渗透调节物质,与CK相比,叶片游离脯氨酸增加了8.05%~21.35%,根系游离脯氨酸增加了4.04%~18.37%;叶片可溶性糖增加了12.93%~20.12%,根系可溶性糖增加了10.76%~28.36%;叶片可溶性蛋白增加了6.22%~14.12%,根系可溶性蛋白增加了1.17%~6.54%,马铃薯产量增加了3.19%~7.55%。水分胁迫下植物生长营养液对马铃薯叶片和根系渗透调节物质的影响大于正常供水,且显著提高重度水分胁迫下马铃薯产量。

英文摘要:

Pot experiments were carried out to study the effect of plant growth nutrient solution under three kinds of water stress and rewatering conditions on osmoregulation substances accumulation with potato leaf and root.The results indicated that the osmoregulation substances accumulation of potato leaf and root were improved by plant growth nutrient solution in different water stress and rewatering conditions.Compared with control,leaf free proline content increased by 8.05% ~21.35%,root free proline content increased by 4.04%~18.37%,leaf soluble sugar content increased by 12.93%~20.12%,root soluble sugar content increased by 10.76%~28.36%,leaf soluble protein content increased by 6.22%~14.12%,root soluble protein content increased by 1.17%~6.54%,the yield was improved by 3.19%~7.55%.In the threewaterconditions,the effect of plant growth nutrient solution on osmoregulation substances accumulation of potato leaf and root under water stress condition was greater than that under normal water condition,and the yield was significantly improved under sever water stress.
