人力资源是企业重要的无形资产,企业对其是否合理配置和有效使用直接影响到组织目标的实现.本文尝试从员工价值的角度去解决人力资源的配置和使用问题.文章先对员工价值的概念进行定义,接着提出员工价值层次的分类模型,并进一步提出基于员工价值和价值周期的价值引导、筛选管理和分类管理的措施和对策.
As the important asset of enterprise, whether or not human resources are rationally allocated and therefore effectively utilized will directly affect an organization's goal. This paper attempts to solve this problem from a perspective of employee value. The concept of employee value is defined, based on which a classification model is given. Furthermore, several specific measures of value conduc-tion,fihering management, and classification management are proposed.
