Enterprises＇ requirement of talents makes local institutes choose the road of training applied talents. Focusing on the second classroom,the integrated design named one platform,two teams and three levels of training is proposed. It＇s an integral design of electronic technology applied talents＇ cultivation system. From the aspects of open innovation laboratory hardware and software construction,guidance staff construction and the formulation of training content and guiding methods,detailed implementation plan and content of this training system are discussed deeply. Through the implementation of the training system,practice shows that the practice teaching in the routine teaching program is effectively extended,students＇ practical skills and professional abilities are improved and the improvement of various qualities of electronic technology applied talents is promoted.
