The state has introduced a number of guidance and incentives to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, in order to meet the innovative talents needed by the development of economic transformation. In view of this, taking Putian University as an example, it was to explore the training mode of innovative entrepreneurial talents for electrical specialties in local application- oriented universities. The teaching ideas, goals, methods and the specific implementation of curriculum system were proposed. The college students＇ innovation platform system was built. And the implementation measures and security system for the training model of innovative entrepreneurial talents has been improved. This created a good environment and conditions for college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship, in response to the call of the state to carry out the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.
